Two-day ceramics workshop for elementary children . On Monday, April 6, we will explore different methods for making clay objects including rolling and attaching coils, building with slabs of clay, and forming pinch pots. We will fire your child’s creations in a kiln, and on Thursday, April 9, they will have time to glaze their pottery.
The glazed pieces will be fired a final time and will be available for you to pick up at the studio, about 1 week after the end of the class. The glazed pieces will be fired a final time and will be available for you to pick up at the studio, about one week after the end of the class.

Taller de dos días para niños de primaria. El lunes 6 de abril exploraremos diferentes métodos para crear objetos de arcilla, incluyendo enrollado y unión de rollos, construcción con láminas de arcilla y modelado de cuencos mediante la técnica de pellizco. Llevaremos las creaciones de su hijo a un horno y, el jueves 9 de abril, habrá tiempo para esmaltar sus piezas de cerámica.
Las piezas esmaltadas se hornearán por última vez y estarán disponibles para que las recojan en el estudio, aproximadamente una semana después de finalizar la clase.
